Cover and lock for wire dispensers in polished or painted white stainless steel.

It consists of 2 subjects:
1. Backplate, which is screwed into the wall, has the same hole patterns as the wire dispensers.
2. Cover that slides down over the backplate and can fit. secured with a lock on both sides (padlocks or strips)
3. Fits all wire dispensers with Standbags bottles
4. Fits all wire dispensers with bags from ex-Plum
